NEW: Men stole $40000 in fishing equipment, sheriff says
An additional tip led detectives to a wooded area where they located more fishing equipment. Approximately 80 percent of the stolen merchandise has been recovered. A car at the scene of the crime had allegedly been borrowed by Robert Wombolt, 44.
